Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited has announced board-level continuity at the top, confirming the re-appointment of Harjit Singh as Managing Director for a further three-year term. The appointment will run from April 24, 2026, to April 23, 2029, and is subject to the approval of the company’s shareholders. The decision follows the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendations and reflects the board’s confidence in Singh’s leadership as the company navigates its digital-services strategy.
Singh is also the Managing Director of Tata Teleservices Limited, the company’s holding entity, and will not draw remuneration from Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited. The move underscores leadership continuity within the TTL ecosystem as it expands its TTBS brand—focused on delivering digital voice, data, and managed services to MSMEs across the country.
With nearly three decades of experience in P&L management, corporate strategy, M&A, and operations, Singh has been at the helm of TTL’s growth trajectory since joining the group in 2012. His academic background includes a PGDM in Finance and Operations from IIM Ahmedabad and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee. The board’s renewal of his mandate signals a continued emphasis on expanding digital capabilities and customer-centric growth within Tata Teleservices’ Maharashtra footprint.
