The Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment of Mridul Srivastava as Chief Human Resources Officer, Ankush Kaul as Chief Business Officer, and Ajay Gupta as Chief Development Officer, with effect from July 9, 2026 for the first two and July 16 for the latter. The appointments reframe the reporting structure and elevate these roles to Senior Management Personnel, underscoring the company’s focus on talent-led growth and cross-functional execution.
Mridul Srivastava brings more than two decades of experience in enterprise transformation, with a focus on organizational design, workforce architecture, leadership development and AI-enabled HR. His career spans the BFSI, technology, telecom, hospitality and real estate sectors, with prior leadership stints at Shyarn Group, Hero FinCorp, Religare and DLF Homes. He holds an Executive Diploma in HRM from XLRI.
Ankush Kaul, a veteran sales leader with about 25 years in services and product verticals, has held senior roles with DLF, Central Park and Tribeca, bringing strengths in sales strategy, business growth and human-resource mobilization. He earned an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad. Ajay Gupta is a seasoned business development and real estate executive with more than 36 years in the field, having led initiatives at L&T, Godrej Properties, NCC Limited, Krisumi Corporation and Kalpataru Projects. His background spans real estate development, project delivery and governance, and he holds a PGDBM from IMS Ghaziabad, a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Lucknow and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers.
