Stove Kraft Limited has tapped Chandru Kalro as a Non-Executive Director and designated him as Vice Chairperson, with effect from July 2, 2026, a move the company says is subject to shareholder approval. The board acted on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation to bring in Kalro, a seasoned consumer-durables veteran, to bolster governance and strategic oversight at a pivotal growth juncture.
Kalro brings more than 35 years of industry experience, most recently shaping the trajectory of TTK Prestige as its Managing Director from 2015 until his retirement in 2024. His career, which began in sales and marketing at BPL Limited and progressed through product management and senior leadership roles at TTK Prestige, is cited for strengthening market leadership, expanding product portfolios, boosting brand equity, and building a robust omni-channel distribution network.
An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Kalro completed the Executive Development Programme on Enhancing Shareholder Value. His breadth across corporate strategy, brand building, product innovation, manufacturing, sales and distribution, and business transformation is being positioned as a strategic asset for Stove Kraft as it pursues its next phase of growth. While the appointment awaits shareholder approval, the board view Kalro’s governance experience and industry insight as a meaningful addition to the leadership slate.
