STL Networks Limited has announced a leadership move aimed at accelerating its push into hyperscale data centers and broader digital infrastructure services. The board approved two Senior Management Personnel appointments: Kiran Patel as Design & Operations Head-DC and Gaurav Barjatiya as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, with Patel taking effect from October 15, 2026 and Barjatiya from October 16, 2026.
Kiran Patel brings nearly three decades of cross-functional experience in data center project management, critical engineering, facilities management, and turn-around operations. He previously served as Head of Delivery and Design (DC Infrastructure) at Colt Datacenter Services, where he led major hyperscale projects, including a 63 MW + 63 MW data center initiative for Amazon in Mumbai and Chennai. Patel’s appointment signals STL’s intent to scale its data center capacity and translate engineering excellence into reliable, scalable service for customers.
Gaurav Barjatiya arrives with close to 17 years of experience in building and scaling businesses across IT infrastructure, digital infrastructure, and technology services. He has served at NCC Limited, where he helped create and scale new business opportunities across digital infrastructure and technology services, contributing to an order book exceeding ₹10,000 crore. His appointment also marks a return to the Sterlite Group, bringing a track record of 200MW+ of data center capacity for hyperscalers and enterprises and a history of strong uptime performance. Barjatiya holds a three-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering, has completed PMP coursework, and is pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
Together, the moves reflect STL Networks’ leadership strategy to deepen its data center footprint, broaden customer relationships, and drive sustainable, profitable growth across its technology businesses.
