A Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, he has been with SPR Auto since 2009 and has played a pivotal role in manufacturing operations, project management, and the implementation of lean practices. His extended tenure with the company underpins a continuity-focused approach to scaling operations and driving efficiency across the organization. In her three-year stint with SPR Auto, she has been actively managing secretarial, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance functions, including involvement in fundraising and acquisition projects. Her appointment as Compliance Officer is positioned to strengthen SPR Auto’s governance framework as the company navigates ongoing strategic initiatives. The leadership moves reflect SPR Auto’s emphasis on governance as a lever for steady execution and growth in a competitive automotive components landscape. While Arun Kumar Shukla’s appointment aligns with a broader board-level reshaping, Nidhi Kandwal’s role as Compliance Officer highlights the emphasis on robust regulatory compliance and governance practices as the company pursues its expansion plans and potential capital-raising activities in the near term.
