PSP Projects Limited is navigating a leadership transition with the resignation of Shashikant Sharma, the General Manager – MEP, from its senior management cadre. The Ahmedabad-based contractor disclosed the change in its senior management, noting Sharma’s decision to step down as part of ongoing leadership changes within the company.
The notice cites Sharma’s reason as “future growth.” The firm has indicated that his tenure will end from the close of business hours on September 15, 2026. In his resignation letter, Sharma requested that September 15, 2026 be treated as his last working day, with the remaining 90-day notice period to be settled in line with company policy, including any applicable handover and final settlement arrangements. Sharma also pledged a thorough handover of responsibilities and pending assignments to ensure a smooth transition.
PSP Projects emphasized its appreciation for Sharma’s contributions and stated that it would initiate the necessary separation formalities, including the full and final settlement and the issuance of relieving and experience documents as per policy.
