RPSG Ventures retools leadership as Sudip Ghosh moves to Whole-time Director role; Sayak Chatterjee named Company Secretary

In a leadership reshuffle at RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group’s RPSG Ventures Limited, the board’s March 30, 2026 meeting set in motion a shift that intertwines governance with executive stewardship. Sudip Kumar Ghosh, who has been serving as the Company Secretary, resigned from that post to pursue a broader mandate on the board as an Additional Director and Whole-time Director for a three-year term beginning April 1, 2026. He will also continue in his role as Compliance Officer, ensuring continuity of governance and regulatory footing even as his responsibilities expand.

To fill the Company Secretary position, Sayak Chatterjee was appointed as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 1, 2026. Chatterjee is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No. A29589) and has been nominated as the Nodal Officer under the IEPF Rules. The changes are subject to the necessary approvals from the company’s members, and reflect a deliberate move to align governance with an evolving growth agenda.

The board remains anchored by Chairman Sanjiv Goenka, with Shashwat Goenka as Non-Executive Director and independent directors Arjun Kumar, Kalaikuruchi Jairaj, and Kusum Dadoo. By elevating Ghosh to a leadership role and installing Chatterjee as the new Company Secretary, the company signals a focus on seamless governance, risk oversight, and operational discipline as it steers toward its next phase of growth.
