C.E. Info Systems Limited has tapped Rohan Verma to lead its next chapter as Joint Managing Director, with effect from July 1, 2026, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. The appointment signals the company’s intent to deepen its leadership in AI-native deep-tech and geospatial offerings, underpinning its strategy to build next-generation products and platforms in a rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Rohan Verma, 40, has been a driving force behind MapmyIndia’s technology-led growth and innovation. He conceptualized and launched MapmyIndia.com in 2004 while pursuing his undergraduate studies at Stanford University, and since then has played a pivotal role in developing the group’s technology platforms, forging strategic partnerships, and strengthening its market leadership. He has also contributed to the strategic growth and expansion of the company’s subsidiaries, and is slated to continue guiding long-term growth and value creation across the group along with his team.
As Joint Managing Director, Verma will oversee efforts to advance the company’s AI-native products and solutions, with a focus on leveraging artificial intelligence, geospatial intelligence and the Internet of Things to address evolving customer needs. He will helm brand, marketing and innovation initiatives, driving the development of next-generation products and platforms and reinforcing the group’s leadership in its core techno-functional ecosystems.
