The announcements reflect the bank’s ongoing emphasis on strengthening operational efficiency, customer care, and data governance as it navigates a rapidly evolving banking landscape.
Sanjay Gupta is moving to the role of Chief General Manager, Operations Division (General Banking Division, Customer Care Centre, ADC & Recon), Head Office. He previously served as Chief General Manager, Operations (General Banking Division and Customer Care Centre), Head Office. Prasad will take on General Manager, Zonal Office Chennai (OSD), moving from his prior zonal leadership responsibilities in Chennai. Mahendar will likewise assume General Manager, Zonal Office Chennai, transitioning from his existing position as Zonal Manager in the same locale.
