Pritika Auto Industries Limited has moved to refresh its leadership slate, with the board approving changes in its directorate in a meeting held on 8 August 2026. Following the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, the company said it would appoint Ajay Kumar as a director, retiring by rotation at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, while reappointing Aman Tandon and Kritika Goyal as Independent Directors for a second five-year term. The reappointments will take effect from mid-next year for Aman Tandon (from 8 November 2026) and 23 April 2027 for Kritika Goyal, subject to approval by members at the AGM.
