Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has announced the appointment of Amol Babulal Taori as Director (Finance) on its board, with effect from 18 August 2026. The company said the Board, at its meeting on 18 August 2026, approved the appointment of Taori as Additional Director (Finance) in pursuance of a Ministry of Power order, with a tenure of five years from the date of assumption of charge, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Following the appointment, Taori has assumed charge of the post of Director (Finance). In line with governance practice, Dr. Yatindra Dwivedi relinquished the additional charge of the post of Director (Finance) on the same day.
