Partha Sarathi K Naidu named General Manager – Strategy at Central Bank of India

Central Bank of India has named Partha Sarathi K Naidu as General Manager – Strategy, effective August 1, 2026. The internal promotion signals a continued emphasis on strategic leadership within the bank as it navigates a complex banking landscape, with Naidu taking charge of the unit that shapes the institution’s long-term roadmap.

A 58-year-old veteran who joined the bank in 1991, Naidu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF). Over a 34-year career in banking, he has held senior responsibilities including Regional Head roles for Rajkot and Bangalore and, most recently, served as Deputy General Manager of the Strategy Department at Central Office in Mumbai.
