Oberoi Realty has appointed Vaibhav Tomar as Executive Vice President – Construction, effective July 6, 2026. The role is contractual, aligned with the company’s employment policy, and signals Oberoi Realty’s plan to deepen its construction leadership as it progresses its project slate.
Tomar brings more than 33 years of experience across hospitality, residential and retail developments. His expertise spans project management and execution, budgeting and cost controls, contracts and procurement, MIS and general management. A civil engineer by training, he is an IIT Roorkee alumnus and holds a Master’s degree from ISB Hyderabad.
