Nestlé India is unveiling a strategic senior-management reshuffle that will take effect from 1 January 2027, pending approvals. The changes include Vineet Singh stepping into a Nestlé affiliate role, with Gopichandar Jagatheesan nominated to succeed him as BEO – Nutrition and Dairy, and Mansi Khanna joining Nestlé India as BEO – Chocolates and Confectionery, succeeding Jagatheesan. The moves illustrate Nestlé India’s intent to balance internal leadership rotation with external enrichment of its boardroom and product-facing leadership, all within the framework of the company’s ongoing internal reorganization.
Gopichandar Jagatheesan brings a deep Nestlé pedigree to the Nutrition and Dairy portfolio. Since joining Nestlé in 2008, he has held roles across Supply Chain, Sales, Chilled Dairy, Confectionery and Cereals, and holds a mechanical engineering degree from BITS Pilani along with an MBA in Marketing from IIM Kozhikode. With more than 18 years in the company, his cross-category experience positions him to steer the Nutrition & Dairy business as Vineet Singh transitions to a role with a Nestlé affiliate.
Mansi Khanna arrives at Nestlé India from a cross-entity leadership track, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories and Nestlé Health Science Limited, a joint venture. Since joining Nestlé in 2017 as Category Marketing Manager for Chocolates & Confectionery, she has led the Dairy portfolio and more recently steered the JV’s sales, marketing and commercial excellence as COO. She holds an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain Institute and brings more than 20 years of experience to lead the Chocolates and Confectionery business in the Indian market.
Together, the trio reflects Nestlé India’s penchant for blending internal mobility with high-caliber external expertise, as the company fine-tunes its leadership to drive growth across its Nutrition & Dairy and Chocolates & Confectionery portfolios.
