Mphasis has tapped Richard Miller to lead its global insurance business, naming him Executive Vice President and Global Head of Insurance, effective April 27, 2026. In this role, Miller will steer Mphasis’ insurance strategy across markets, guiding carriers through modernization of core processes and the application of AI to unlock measurable business value. The appointment underscores the company’s emphasis on an AI-led, platform-driven approach to transforming the insurance landscape and building lasting client impact.
Miller arrives with more than three decades of experience directing enterprise transformation for Fortune 500 insurers and financial institutions. He most recently served as CEO and co-founder of REMVENTION.AI, a boutique AI-focused advisory and implementation firm, where he helped shape systems of intelligence architectures for regulated industries. His prior tenure includes a long stint at Accenture as Senior Managing Director, where he led large-scale modernization and AI-driven reinvention programs for financial services clients, alongside earlier leadership at NaviSys that spanned international growth and revenue expansion. Miller holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Lehigh University.
