KSH International Limited has appointed Hukumchand Chandratan Lakhotiya as its Chief Executive Officer, with effect from April 2, 2026, in a move the company frames as a step toward sharpening its leadership in the electrical and power sectors. The decision, taken at the board level after a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, signals a renewal of the executive bench as the company seeks growth across Asia and its EPC and after-sales footprint.
Hukumchand Chandratan Lakhotiya brings more than three decades of domestic and international experience in the electrical and power industries. He spent over 25 years with CG Power & Industrial Systems Ltd. and Schneider Electric Pte Ltd. (Singapore), where he held leadership roles spanning P&L, multi-plant operations, sales and business development, green energy initiatives, digitalization and project management. At CG Power, he led transformer, switchgear and EPC operations across Asia and oversaw regional plants and exports, building a track record in scaling complex, capital-intensive businesses across diverse markets.
Before joining KSH, he served as COO – Waste to Energy at SAEL Industries Ltd., bringing operational discipline and a strategy-focused mindset to an energy-transition portfolio. He holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Management from IIT Bombay and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati (Gold Medallist). Not related to any other company governance roles, his appointment positions him at the helm of KSH’s strategic execution as the company pursues expansion and efficiency improvements across its core segments.
The leadership change arrives at a time when KSH is signaling intent to accelerate growth in the electrical and power space, balancing traditional strengths with digitalization and green energy initiatives. As the new CEO takes the reins, industry watchers will be watching how the company translates this energy into tangible growth, improved operations, and a clearer path to scale in a competitive market.
