Kaya Limited has begun a leadership transition in its finance function, with Chief Financial Officer Arihant Dhariwal resigning to pursue opportunities outside the organisation. Dhariwal will continue in his role until the close of business on July 10, 2026. In his stead, Brijesh Goyal has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer (Designate), Senior Managerial Personnel, effective April 13, 2026. The company will consider the formal appointment to the CFO role for Goyal on July 11, 2026, subject to approvals, with the proposal to be reviewed by the Audit Committee and the Board after recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
