Jaiswal is described as a seasoned business leader with more than a decade of experience building and scaling high-growth, customer-centric businesses across Automotive Technology, mobility, hospitality, ed-tech, healthcare retail, and telecom. In his most recent position as Cluster Business Head at Spinny, he held end-to-end responsibility for multi-city P&L, operations, sales performance, and customer experience across a large cluster spanning North & East. His prior roles include leadership positions at WhiteHat Jr (Byju’s Group), Meru Mobility, OYO Hotels & Homes, Clove Dental, and IDEA Cellular. He is known for execution rigor, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to lead large frontline and mid-management teams, with core strengths in multi-city P&L leadership, sales strategy, demand-supply alignment, and operational scaling with discipline.
