Kajaria Ceramics Limited has unveiled a leadership reshuffle aimed at accelerating its digital agenda. The Board, via a circular resolution, has approved the appointment of Ipininder Singh as Senior Management Personnel and designated Group Chief Digital and Information Officer (CDIO), effective April 23, 2026. The decision accompanies a revised reporting structure that will shift how IT leadership sits within the company.
Ipininder Singh brings more than 24 years of experience in enterprise transformation through digital innovation. An MBA from IIT Delhi and a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering, he has held roles at Havells India and Convergys India, and most recently led Digital Strategy at Dalmia Bharat, aligning technology investments with business priorities. He joins Kajaria from Dalmia Bharat.
In line with the restructure, Atul Nigam, currently VP IT, will cease to be Senior Management Personnel from April 23, 2026, though he will continue on as VP IT and report to the newly named CDIO. The move underscores Kajaria’s intent to place digital and information leadership at the forefront of its strategy.
The leadership shift signals Kajaria’s ongoing push to accelerate modernization and digital initiatives across its ceramic business, as the company eyes sharper technology-enabled growth ahead.
