Indoco Remedies strengthens leadership with Kadam as Sr VP HR and Panandikar’s MD re-appointment

Indoco Remedies Limited is reshaping its executive lineup, anchoring growth with a strengthened HR spine and renewed leadership continuity. The Board has appointed Sudhir Kadam as Senior Management Personnel designated as Senior Vice President (Human Capital), effective July 28, 2026. Kadam brings three decades of experience in human resources, with a track record spanning strategic HR, talent management and leadership development across pharma, automotive, farm equipment and engineering sectors. His appointment signals Indoco’s intent to deepen its people strategy as the company pursues expansion and capability building in a competitive market.

Separately, the company approved the re-appointment of Aditi Panandikar as Managing Director for a five-year term from February 15, 2027 to February 14, 2032, subject to shareholder approval at the forthcoming 79th Annual General Meeting. Panandikar, a pharmacist by training with a Master’s in Pharmaceutical Administration from Ohio State University, has steered Indoco in a period of growth. Her leadership is highlighted as combining techno-commercial acumen with broad experience across domestic marketing, HR, R&D/QA and business development, and she remains a central architect of the company’s strategy.

Taken together, the moves underscore a leadership blueprint built on continuity and strategic HR empowerment. Kadam’s appointment is poised to sharpen talent development and workforce planning as Indoco scales, while Panandikar’s re-appointment promises stability as the company advances its product portfolio and market footprint. In a sector where people and performance are closely linked to execution, Indoco appears intent on aligning its executive team with a clear growth agenda and long-term vision.
