Seema Mishra have joined the Board of Directors as Non-Executive Independent Directors, appointed for a three-year term in line with the government order dated August 17, 2026. Dharmender Varada brings a finance-minded leadership profile grounded in Chartered Accountancy, with a track record spanning finance, real estate, retail, hospitality and business development. His career includes founding Novus Infra Pvt. Ltd. and Novus Constructions, signaling a hands-on approach to growth, operational excellence and customer-centric strategy. His professional journey also highlights cross-functional leadership and expertise in audit, taxation and financial strategies, complemented by multilingual communication strengths in Telugu, English and Hindi.
Seema Mishra, aged 45, adds a complementary axis of social impact, MSME development and women empowerment. An MPharma graduate and social entrepreneur, she leads Aryawart Vision Foundation and established Kaswarad Art Cluster, Madhya Pradesh’s first handloom cluster under the Ministry of MSME. Her work spans training rural women, CSR and market development, with experience in national and international fora, including a role as a UN Skill Development Programme consultant and recognition across government and industry engagements. She does not hold directorships in other listed companies.
