Gland Pharma Limited has appointed Prasadha Rao Lysetti as Sr. Vice-President (Head – Operations), marking a notable expansion of the company’s senior operations leadership with effect from April 06, 2026. The move signals a renewed emphasis on scaling up manufacturing capability and sharpening the company’s quality-centric operations as it navigates an increasingly competitive pharma landscape.
Lysetti brings more than 25 years of progressive experience in managing complex formulations and large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing. Known for driving operational efficiency and leading Lean and Operational Excellence initiatives, he has built a track record across diverse cultures and global locations. Prior to joining Gland Pharma, he was associated with Cronus Pharma India Private Limited (Rising Pharmaceuticals Group), as well as Vitema Pharmaceuticals, Eugia Pharma Specialities Limited, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories Limited, Glenmark Generics Ltd and Pharma Care FZE LLC. He is a Post-Graduate in Chemistry, has completed the Senior Management Programme in General Business Management from IIM Calcutta, and holds a Six Sigma Black Belt awarded by the American Society for Quality.
