Ranjita Singh brings more than 24 years of multi-sectoral experience spanning energy, automotives, mining and media, with leadership stints at global and Indian organizations including GE Vernova, Hero MotoCorp, Rio Tinto and India Today Group. Her track record is anchored in strategic HR transformation, talent management and organizational development, aligning people practices with business priorities.
An educator’s lithograph of her credentials includes a physics (honors) undergraduate degree and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resource Management. She is an ICF-certified Executive Coach, a Genos Internal Certified Emotional Intelligence Coach and a certified Corporate Director, as well as a POSH trainer.
