Fractal Analytics Overhauls Senior Leadership to Accelerate AI-Driven Transformation

Fractal Analytics Limited is reshaping its leadership engine to align with an AI-native enterprise play. After prescribing a new operating model built around three integrated pillars—AI-led Transformation (AIT), AI Foundations (AIF), and AI Work & Workforce (AIW)—the company is placing a sharper emphasis on a unified platform layer, Cogentiq, and geographic accountability as it expands across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. The shift aims to deepen domain expertise, speed execution, and scale differentiated solutions across client contexts, while maintaining a cohesive commercial engine across geographies.

In line with the transition, Fractal announced several senior moves. Kunal Jain will join as Head AI Workforce Transformation, effective April 30, 2026, bringing an entrepreneurial track record as founder and CEO of Analytics Vidhya Educon Private Limited (Analytics Vidhya), a wholly owned Fractal subsidiary. Suraj Amonkar has been appointed Chief AI Research Officer, also effective April 30, 2026, strengthening the company’s AI research capabilities. Raja Rajeswari Aradhyula’s role will be revised from Chief Design Officer to Chief Advisor for AI Work and Workforce, and she will cease to be part of the Company’s Senior Management at the close of business on April 30, 2026. Matthew Gennone, a current member of Senior Management, will assume an expanded remit with the addition of Chief Commercial Officer and CEO Cogentiq responsibilities, effective April 30, 2026.

The leadership shake-up also includes Shailendra Pratap Singh’s resignation as Chief Growth Officer, effective May 1, 2026. Fractal expressed appreciation for Singh’s contributions during his tenure as it navigates a phased transition toward its updated operating model. With these changes, Fractal underscored its intention to sharpen execution, enhance repeatability in delivery, and position Cogentiq as a common platform across its offerings and geographies.
