ESDS Software Solution Limited has tapped Sushil Kadu to lead its product agenda, appointing him as Chief Product Officer with effect from November 2, 2026. The board, guided by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, approved the appointment today, signaling the company’s push to strengthen its Swaraj platform and accelerate the launch of new offerings.
Kadu brings more than two decades of technology and product leadership to ESDS. Most recently, he served as Director – Technology Line Manager at Amdocs India, overseeing a global team of 70+ engineers focused on AI-driven monitoring, automation, GenAI/RAG, and cloud-native platforms for telecom operators worldwide. He is also credited as the inventor of an AI-powered enterprise translation engine (US Patent Application No. 15/857,249). In his new role, he will spearhead product strategy, lead launches, and enrich ESDS’s existing portfolio.
With a background anchored in computer science, Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and ITIL v3 practices, Kadu is poised to shape ESDS’s technology roadmap and customer-centric product experiences. At ESDS, his mandate includes strengthening the Swaraj Platform and driving feature-rich evolution across the company’s offerings, aligning product development with growth ambitions in a competitive market. The company noted that Kadu is not related to any of its directors.
