DS Kulkarni Developers Limited is expanding its board with the appointment of Anish Avinash Nawathe as an additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 5, 2026. The move signals a governance refresh as the company tightens its independent oversight and broadens the expertise guiding its development agenda.
Nawathe, an architect by training, brings more than a decade of experience in architectural practice, business development, government liaisoning, client management and project coordination. The appointment adds a cross-disciplinary perspective to the board, potentially enriching the company’s approach to design-led development and stakeholder collaboration.
The term of the appointment is for five years, subject to shareholder approval and compliance with regulatory requirements. Nawathe is not related to any director of the company, and there is no debarment from holding the office of director by virtue of any order.
