Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited has named Darshak Mehta as Chief Executive Officer of its NEAT EVERYDAY brand, with effect from September 1, 2026, following the board’s approval at its August meeting. The appointment signals the company’s intent to sharpen leadership for its consumer-focused venture as it eyes expanded reach and scale.
Mehta brings more than 31 years of deep-rooted experience in retail and multi-site operations, including a long stretch with Reliance Retail where he rose from Store Manager of its first hypermarket in Gujarat to Vice President & Business Head. In that period, he led operations for 170 Metro M2 cash-and-carry stores and oversaw mall leasing and food services for Reliance Malls, underscoring a track record of managing large, distributed networks.
Beyond retail, his career spans leadership roles in family entertainment centres (Fun Republic/E-City Entertainment), hotel operations (Hyatt Regency, Holiday Inn, Inder Residency) and general management in BPO/back-office operations. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) from Symbiosis Institute, Pune (2004), a Hotel Management degree from Shannon College of Hotel Management, Ireland (1987), and a Hotel Management Diploma from B.K. Somani Polytechnic, Mumbai (1983). The breadth of his background positions him to steward NEAT EVERYDAY as it scales across channels and formats.
