Compucom Software Limited solidifies leadership with executive director reappointment and independent director appointment

In a move that underscores governance and strategic continuity, Compucom Software Limited disclosed at its 32nd Annual General Meeting that Vaibhav Suranaa will continue to lead as Whole Time Director designated as Executive Director for a new three-year term from August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2029. The meeting also approved the appointment of Dr Arvind Kumar Dwivedi as Non-Executive and Independent Director for a first term of two years from June 15, 2026 to June 14, 2028.

Suranaa’s profile signals a blend of leadership and growth aptitude. An MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B.Tech from IIT Delhi anchor a career that has spanned management and strategic initiatives, including stints with Compucom Foundation and Jan TV. With current involvement in Rana Vilas hotel business, his tenure at the helm is depicted as a continuation of a diversified leadership arc within the group’s ecosystem.

Dwivedi brings a long arc of academic leadership and governance acumen to the board. With a Ph.D from IIT Roorkee and a Master’s in Civil Engineering, complemented by a distinguished record of administrative roles at Jagannath University, Jaipur, and Rajasthan Technical University, Kota, his appointment adds an experienced, independent voice to Compucom’s governance framework. The two appointments together position the board to steer strategy with a blend of executive drive and independent oversight.

Beyond leadership appointments, the AGM also approved the Compucom Software Limited – Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026 (CSL-ESOS 2026) and its extension to the holding company, subsidiaries, and group entities, outlining a framework for equity-based incentives that align management and employee interests with long-term value creation.
