Capacit’e Infraprojects Limited has announced a sweeping elevation of four senior managers to lead its executive agenda across four business units, effective September 9, 2026. The move, approved by the board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, places four Chief Executive Officers at the helm of each unit, pairing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership on project execution.
Among those elevated is Amit Govil, a civil engineering veteran with more than three decades in construction, whose prior stints include Kalpataru Ltd., Shapoorji Pallonji, Vascon Engineers, and Tricon Infra Buildtech. Rakesh Kumar Singh, with 23 years in the field and a senior leadership program from XLRI, has worked with B.L. Kashyap & Sons, Shapoorji Pallonji, JMC Infraprojects, and Tata Projects. Vishnudas Shanbhag, who holds a doctorate and has led operations at JMC Projects and Godrej & Boyce, brings a track record of project delivery and strategic leadership. Ram Mohan Rai, with more than 26 years in construction, has contributed to HCC, RL Dalal, Capacit’e Infraprojects, and Adani Enterprises, among others.
Together, these appointments reinforce Capacit’e’s ambition to standardize execution across its portfolio while empowering senior managers to own performance outcomes. The appointments formalize what the company already signals—a renewed emphasis on operational excellence and leadership depth as it pursues its expansion agenda.
Industry observers will be watching how the new CEOs align with Capacit’e’s project roadmaps, supplier networks, and client delivery timelines in the coming quarters as the company navigates a rapidly evolving construction landscape.
