The company disclosed that Mr. Ritesh Rana, Vice President – Human Resources, has submitted his resignation for personal reasons to pursue an external opportunity and will be relieved from service at the close of business on 15 May 2026. In parallel, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee recommended, and the Board of Directors approved via a circular resolution on 17 April 2026, the appointment of Mr. Srinivas Maruthi Patnam as Vice President – Human Resources (Designate) with effect from 21 April 2026. Mr. Patnam is slated to assume the role of Vice President – Human Resources (full office) from 16 May 2026.
