Bata India Limited has announced the addition of a new senior executive to its leadership bench, naming Sachin Arora as Head – Industrials, with effect from November 3, 2026, subject to the completion of joining formalities. The move signals Bata’s continued emphasis on strengthening its industrial and safety solutions portfolio while fortifying its go-to-market engine across key categories and channels. Arora steps into a role that sits at the nexus of sales leadership, business development, and channel management, underscoring the company’s intent to accelerate growth within its industrial segments.
Arora brings more than 17 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and channel management across the industrial and safety solutions space. His career spans leading organisations such as PIP Global Safety, Honeywell, and 3M India, where he cultivated market expansion, strategic partnerships, and scalable sales architectures. He holds a B.Tech and a PGDM in Marketing from NIBM Global, Pune, and is positioned to leverage his cross-brand exposure to deepen Bata’s relationships with industrial customers and distribution networks.
The appointment aligns with Bata India’s broader strategic aims to broaden its footprint in industrials, leveraging both product and channel strengths to capture growth in safety and industrial segments. As the company continues to refine its leadership lineup, Arora’s track record in growth, partnerships, and market expansion could be instrumental in navigating a competitive landscape and accelerating Bata’s journey toward greater industrial relevance. In a market where connection to customers, supply chains, and partner ecosystems matters as much as product design, Bata’s choice of a seasoned industrial sales leader signals a deliberate push to sharpen its competitive edge.
