Banco Products (India) Limited has named Kshitikesh Parmeshwar as Chief Technology Officer, effective 14 September 2026. Parmeshwar, who earned a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Calicut, brings more than 30 years of experience in research and development, product innovation and engineering leadership within the automotive and thermal management domains. He is recognised for developing patented technologies, building R&D organizations from the ground up, and driving breakthrough innovations for global OEMs.
