The board, on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed and designated Tiny Sengupta, Chief Marketing Officer, as Senior Management Personnel of the company with effect from June 30, 2026. She will continue to serve in the capacity of Chief Marketing Officer while taking on the designation of Senior Management Personnel.
