AYM Syntex appoints Vireshwar Joshi as President and Unit Head, Palghar

In a move aimed at sharpening its manufacturing leadership, AYM Syntex Limited has appointed Vireshwar Joshi as President and Unit Head for its Palghar facility, with effect from August 6, 2026. The appointment elevates Joshi to a senior management role at the textile maker, signaling the company’s intent to reinforce operational leadership at its Palghar unit.

Joshi brings a deep well of industry experience, spanning more than three decades across the textile value chain, including spinning, knitting, weaving, dyeing and processing for garments, home textiles and technical textiles. He holds a B.Tech in Textile Engineering from M.S. University of Baroda, an MBA in Marketing & Finance from NIM Mumbai, and a DCA from L.S.T. Institute, Ahmedabad. Prior to joining AYM Syntex, he worked with TEX/BTC/STB Africa and has previously held leadership roles at Shahi Exports and RSWM Ltd, where he served in senior capacities such as CEO, President, Business Head and Unit Head.
