Hindustan Copper Limited informed the stock exchanges that Avinash Janardan Bhide has ceased to be part-time non-official (Independent) Director of Hindustan Copper Ltd on completion of his tenure on 31 March 2026, in line with a Government of India order dated 1 April 2025 issued by the Ministry of Mines. The order appointed him as Non-Official Director on the Board of Hindustan Copper Limited for a period of one year, w.e.f. the date of notification of his appointment (1 April 2025), or until further orders, whichever is earlier. His term thus ends on 31 March 2026.
