Aqylon Nexus Signals Leadership Refresh as Independent Director Joins Board and a New MD Takes the Helm

Aqylon Nexus Limited, the Mumbai-based group rebranding from Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network Limited, is steering its leadership through a notable refresh. In a board meeting held on September 4, 2026, the company appointed Krunal Shaileshbhai Hapliya as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective today and for a five-year term, signaling a continued emphasis on governance alongside strategy.

Concurrently, the board named Parth Rajeshbhai Rupareliya as Managing Director and Chairperson for a five-year term starting September 4, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. Rupareliya brings a finance-oriented profile to the helm; the filing notes he is a graduate with more than five years of experience in finance and accounting and that he is the cousin of current director Vishnu Rupareliya, underscoring a familial continuity within the leadership circle.

The moves come amid the exits of two senior executives. Srivatsava Sunkara resigned from the positions of Managing Director and Director with effect from September 3, 2026, citing personal circumstances and other commitments. Separately, Kiran Kumar Inampudi resigned as Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) effective September 3, 2026, also for personal/professional reasons. The company said there were no additional material reasons for either departure and that transitions would be managed to ensure continuity.

Beyond these leadership changes, Aqylon Nexus’ board approved the formation of various board committees and the draft Directors’ Report for the 2025-26 financial year, and set the stage for the upcoming Annual General Meeting on September 30, 2026. The announcements reflect a governance-driven phase of the company’s ongoing evolution in its rebranded identity and strategic repositioning.
