Alok Industries Limited has appointed Rajbir Saini as Manager and Key Managerial Personnel, effective April 28, 2026, for a term of three years, subject to the approval of the company’s members. The move, announced at the board level with the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, underscores a deliberate step in strengthening the company’s leadership bench in line with its strategic objectives.
Rajbir Saini brings more than two decades of diversified human resources experience spanning manufacturing, textiles, petrochemicals and research & development. He is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer of Alok Industries, having previously held senior HR roles within the Reliance Group—including Head of Human Resources at Recron (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd.—as well as stints at Larsen & Toubro Limited and the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO).
Educationally, Saini holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and a B.Tech (Hons.) in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kurukshetra. The appointment reflects a continuity-driven approach to strengthening the company’s human capital leadership as Alok Industries charts its next phase of growth.
