Aaron Industries Retains Karan Amar Doshi as Whole-Time Director for a Three-Year Term

Aaron Industries Limited is moving to lock in leadership for its core manufacturing operations. The group has informed the market that Karan Amar Doshi will be re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for a further three-year term, effective February 1, 2027, subject to member approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. The decision was taken after a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the board at its July 24, 2026 meeting.

Doshi, who holds a BE from the University of Pune (2009) and an ME in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southern California (2011), has spent more than 14 years in the sheet metal fabrication sector. He is currently the Production Head of Aaron Industries Limited, where he oversees production processes, planning, and scheduling—functions central to the company’s operational backbone.

Significantly, the notice highlights Doshi’s family links within the group: he is the son of Amar Doshi, Chairman and Managing Director, and the brother of Monish Doshi, Director and CFO. The company also confirmed that Doshi is not debarred from holding office. While the appointment awaits member approval at the AGM scheduled for August 19, 2026, observers will be watching to see how this continuity in executive leadership aligns with Aaron’s manufacturing performance strategy.

Aaron Industries’ leadership move underscores a preference for seasoned, inside-out governance as the company charts its next growth phase. By anchoring the top slot in its production leadership with an experienced internal executive, Aaron signals a steady hand at the helm of its core operations, even as broader market conditions evolve.
