R S Mani, identified as Chief Technology Officer, brings a long, varied track record spanning more than three decades in technology design, cybersecurity and national-scale digital initiatives. His prior roles include leadership positions at CSIR and NIC, where he directed large-scale projects such as the National Knowledge Network and the AarogyaSetu initiative, and his background extends to international Center of Excellence work and multi-stakeholder advisory contributions for modernization of critical infrastructure.
Ravi Kant Prasad serves as Executive Director/ITP and Chief Information Security Officer, guiding RailTel’s technology portfolio across data centers, cybersecurity resilience and centralized operations. He oversees dual Tier-III data centers in Gurgaon and Secunderabad, the Network Operations Center, and a strategic focus on proactive, intelligence-driven defense architectures to protect national assets while enabling digital transformation.
