Innovision Limited has moved to strengthen its governance slate with the appointment of Aditya Jha as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective April 10, 2026. The board approved his appointment for a five-year term, with a view to seeking shareholder confirmation for his regularization as an Independent Director at the ensuing Annual General Meeting. The move underscores the company’s intent to deepen independent oversight at the top echelons of governance.
In tandem with the appointment, Innovision announced a reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee, effective from April 10, 2026. The new Audit Committee will include Aditya Jha as Independent Chairman, with Pawan Kumar as Independent Member and Lt Col Randeep Hundal as Executive Member. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will see Pawan Kumar as Independent Chairman, with Aditya Jha as Independent Member, Sulekha Sharma as Independent Member, and Lt Col Randeep Hundal as Executive Member. These changes reflect a reshaped governance framework designed to enhance oversight and strategic alignment across the board.
Aditya Jha brings a 25-year track record spanning corporate, consulting, Fintech, energy tech, and the Indian Army. His leadership roles include Global Commercial Manager at Schneider Electric and Senior Vice President at SysArc Infomatix, where he steered global sales, commercial strategy, and market expansion. He has also built ventures in consulting and capacity building as a founder and director, with expertise in strategic leadership, business development, change management, and global execution.
