Ms. Koshy is a Chartered Accountant with 23 years of experience in claims handling and operations, including stints heading the TP Claims Hub and overseeing a range of functions as Regional Manager. In her prior roles, she managed Health, Human Resources, Accounts and Establishment, Audit, and CAG Compliance, underscoring a multi-faceted background in core operations and governance.
Disclosures accompanying the appointment note that Ms. Koshy is not related to any other Director or Managerial Personnel, with a noted exception to Shri B. S. Rahul, CMD of United India Insurance Co. Ltd., who is a Director of GIC Housing Finance due to a promoter connection.
