Garware Hi-Tech Films Limited has announced the appointment of Nikhil Sharma as Chief People Officer, a senior management role, effective April 9, 2026. The decision was taken by the board through a circular resolution dated April 8, 2026, underscoring the company’s focus on strengthening its human resources leadership.
Sharma joins Garware Hi-Tech Films with around 18 years of diverse experience in human resources across manufacturing and industrial sectors. He holds an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. His areas of expertise span strategic HR leadership, talent management, organisation design, and HR transformation, as well as performance management and learning, compensation and benefits, compliance and employee relations, and HR process digitization.
In his new remit, Sharma will be responsible for leading the organization’s Human Resources and Administration functions, guiding Garware Hi-Tech Films’ people strategy as the company pursues its growth agenda. The appointment signals the company’s intent to place a sharpened focus on people and culture as a driver of performance and scale.
