Power Grid Corporation of India Limited has announced a leadership change on its board, naming Anupam Kumar as Government Nominee Director with immediate effect. The appointment comes as Abhay Bakre ceases to be Government Nominee Director on the Board of POWERGRID, effective from 3 November 2026. The company says it will complete the statutory formalities and share the requisite disclosures in due course.
