Capillary Technologies India Limited has appointed William Swift as President – Americas Region, elevating him to a Senior Management Personnel role. The board approved the move to lead Capillary’s growth across the Americas, signaling a sharpened focus on regional leadership to drive client partnerships and platform adoption.
Swift’s track record spans a trajectory from engineering to executive leadership. He joined Capillary in April 2023 following Capillary’s acquisition of Brierley, where he architected and built its original loyalty software platform and later served as Chief Technology Officer and, subsequently, Chief Executive Officer. Since joining Capillary, he has been the Chief Technical Architect – North America, engaging with new and existing clients, forging strategic partnerships and supporting business development. In his new remit, Swift will oversee Capillary’s operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America, shaping go-to-market strategies and collaboration with regional partners.
The leadership shuffle underscores Capillary’s push to scale its loyalty and customer engagement capabilities across the Western Hemisphere. With Swift’s deep background in loyalty platforms and his hands-on experience steering Brierley’s technology and executive direction, Capillary is betting on a more integrated, cross-border approach to serve multi-market clients.
