Khudania & Co., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, directing a practice that spans audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, and corporate advisory services. Her prior corporate tenure includes serving as General Manager – Finance & Accounts at EFC Logistics India Pvt. Ltd. (Mumbai), where she gained hands-on experience in large-scale financial operations and governance.
In its disclosure, Nimbus notes that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board verified she is not debarred from holding the office of Director by MCA/SEBI orders or other authorities.
