Ltd has unveiled a refreshed board lineup, unveiling a government-nominee director alongside two independent directors at its 109th Annual General Meeting held in Kolkata on September 21, 2026. Aditya Shekhar Singh will join as Government Nominee Director, with his term running from March 18, 2026 to March 8, 2029 on a co-terminus basis with the Administrative Ministry, and subject to retirement by rotation. Singh, currently a Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, brings decades of public-sector experience and a track record of coordination and policy implementation relevant to the group’s strategic initiatives.
