At the company’s 49th Annual General Meeting, it approved the re-appointment of Shridhar Shrikrishna Rajpathak as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective from 12 November 2026 to 11 November 2031, who shall not be liable to retire by rotation. In a parallel development, the board approved the re-appointment of Vayu Ramesh Garware as Managing Director to be designated as Chairman and Managing Director for a five-year period, effective 1 December 2026.
