Aequs appoints Reenah Simon Joseph as CFO to steer the finance function

Aequs Limited has named Reenah Simon Joseph as its Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, with effect from August 31, 2026. The board approved the appointment at a meeting held on August 29, 2026, following recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee. The move signals a leadership refresh at the heart of the company’s finance function as it gears up for its next phase of growth.

Ms. Reenah Simon Joseph brings about 19 years of experience in finance and corporate strategy. She most recently served as Deputy Group CFO and Head of Corporate Finance, M&A and Investor Relations at PDS Limited. Her prior roles include Chief-Corporate Finance & Investor Relations at Future Group and a stint with Credit Suisse Securities as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking division. She holds an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School, Pune.

The appointment emphasizes Aequs’ focus on strengthening financial governance, capital markets activity, fundraising, and investor communications as part of its strategic execution.
