SKF India Expands Board with Three Non-Executive Directors from SKF Group

SKF India Limited has expanded its board with three new Non-Executive, Non-Independent Directors, approved by shareholders via postal ballot on 17 March 2026 and effective from 13 January 2026. The appointments reflect a strategic emphasis on governance, global perspectives, and cross-functional oversight as the company continues to align with its parent group’s international experience and standards.

Antonio Molle joins the board bringing more than three decades of engineering and operations leadership from the SKF Group. With a background that spans mechanical engineering and thermodynamics, he currently serves as SKF Group Global Operations Director for Automotive. His track record includes lean manufacturing, factory digitalization, and hands-on experience in due diligence and plant restructuring, spanning multiple SKF locations worldwide.

Bastian Thomas arrives as Director – Head of Sales Americas, EMEA & India, a role he has held within SKF since 2024. He brings over 20 years of cross-border sales and supply-chain leadership, with prior stints at BMW Group, Volvo Cars, Grammer AG, and TQ Group. His experience centers on global account management, regional sales leadership, and strategic customer engagement across major markets.

Magnus Lennart Prick is appointed as Director, bringing a legal and governance focus to the board. He currently heads Automotive Corporate Legal at SKF and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate law, governance, M&A, and commercial contracts, with previous roles at Volvo Cars, Volvo Group, and the Swedish law firm Mannheimer Swartling. His appointment adds depth to the board’s oversight of regulatory, governance, and transactional matters.

Together, these appointments position SKF India to leverage international manufacturing and operations know-how, strengthen governance practices, and deepen its strategic alignment with the broader SKF ecosystem as it navigates a dynamic market environment.
