Bajaj Finance Limited has elevated an internal leader to steer its Debt Management Services (DMS), naming Tushar Deb as Executive Vice President – DMS, with effect from 1 April 2026. In the new role, Deb will head DMS across B2B, B2C and retail loan portfolios, and will oversee compliance, audit, COE and strategy for the function, signaling a continuity-focused approach to the company’s debt management engine.
A debt-management veteran, Deb brings more than 25.5 years of experience across credit cards, consumer finance, personal loans and retail lending, spanning leadership roles at multinational banks and financial institutions. He has been with Bajaj Finance for over 12.5 years and previously led the DMS COE, steering enterprise-wide capabilities including BI and analytics, systems and IT, legal PMO, vendor management, training and L&D, and data quality across multiple product lines. He has also managed large-scale portfolios and helped build pan-India debt-management infrastructure, playing a key role in the launch of new card businesses.
Deb holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Gujarat University and completed a Post Graduate Executive Certificate in General Management from IIM Raipur. His proven track record in building scalable operations, strong governance frameworks, and high-performing teams aligns with Bajaj Finance’s emphasis on strengthening core capabilities as the organization continues to grow its urban and rural footprints.
